What materials are your sex dolls made of?

What’s the difference between a fixed vagina and a removable vagina?

Will I receive photos before my doll ships?
For custom orders, we will send confirmation photos once production is complete. After you approve them, we schedule shipment right away. For dolls marked as in-stock (usually in the EU/US warehouses), photos are not sent because they are pre-made and ready to ship. They match the product listing.
Why might the makeup look slightly different from the photos?
All makeup is hand-painted, so each doll is one-of-a-kind. Lighting, angles, factory updates, and artisan adjustments can create small variations in eyebrows, eyeshadow, lashes, hair, and lip color. These are normal and part of what makes each doll unique.
Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We ship in plain, sturdy cartons with no branding and no product description on the exterior. Only you will know what’s inside.
How should I clean and maintain the doll?
For regular cleaning, use warm water and a mild, antibacterial soap. Avoid alcohol-based products or harsh chemicals. Once dry, a light layer of baby powder/talc helps maintain a smooth texture. Never use a hair dryer — heat may damage the material.
