Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Once payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order.

In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur in certain situations or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Custom items take about 3 weeks before dispatch. Once your custom item is ready, we will send photos for your confirmation before shipment. Occasionally, timelines may shift due to production capacity or logistics scheduling. If anything takes longer than expected, we’ll reach out as soon as possible with an updated estimate.

2. Shipping Cost

Free shipping worldwide is included for most destinations. Some remote or hard-to-reach regions may require a surcharge; we will confirm with you before shipping if this applies.

3. Shipping Method & Transit Time

We mainly work with UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Estimated Transit Times

Air Express: 5–8 business days

Sea/Rail Freight: 

To the US: 30 days

To Europe: 45 days

Sea and rail is typically used for oversize shipments or when required by destination regulations. Delivery times can vary based on customs clearance and local distribution.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Please make sure your email and phone number are correct so the carrier can contact you if needed. You can also track it here.

FYI: Sea and rail shipments might not show tracking updates until they reach the destination country and enter the local logistics system.

5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia and other international destinations upon request

If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you before order confirmation.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Most orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle import tax & customs clearance for you.
In some countries, DDP may not be available, and local customs may request import fees upon arrival. In that case, we’ll guide you through the process. Documentation will be provided and you only need to cooperate with local customs if contacted.

7. Discreet Packaging

All products are packed in plain, unbranded boxes with no product description on the exterior. No one except you will know what’s inside.

8. Receiving & Signing for Your Package

To protect your purchase, please inspect the package upon delivery.
If the carton looks damaged, torn, punctured, or wet, please take photos or videos immediately. 
If possible, ask the courier to wait while you check the contents. 

If you are not allowed to open before signing, check the exterior carefully and note any damage with the courier.

If damage is discovered later, contact the shipping company as soon as possible. Then notify us and we will assist you with the claim
