Custom Dolls
If you place a custom-made doll order, you may request modifications within 48 hours of purchase, provided the changes comply with our standard customization guidelines. Beyond the 48-hour window, any further adjustments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the order’s production stage. For order cancellations, approval is also contingent on the production progress and specific order details. If a cancellation is permitted, a non-refundable processing fee ranging from 5% to 30% may be charged.

In-Stock Dolls
For in-stock dolls, once the package has been shipped, order changes are no longer possible. If you wish to switch to a different doll after shipment, this will be treated as a return. All return shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To request an order modification, please contact us at info@sexdollab.com.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your doll immediately upon arrival, before any use.
If damage occurs due to improper handling or use, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange. Any concerns or dissatisfaction must be reported at info@sexdollab.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We offer replacement, remake, or partial refunds in the following situations:
Incorrect Doll Received
If the doll you received does not match the product images or factory specifications, please provide an unboxing video showing the doll, head, shipping label, and outer box. We will verify the issue and arrange a resolution.
Damaged Items
For severe damage, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.
For minor damage, we can provide repair tools and guidance.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package was not received, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Signature confirmation is recommended at checkout for added security.

2. Returns
For return instructions, contact info@sexdollab.com. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, adult products are generally non-returnable.
Returns may only be considered for brand-new, unused items with prior authorization.

If the item is confirmed to be new, unused, and undamaged, a refund will be processed with the following deductions:
